Meet Brian Lichterman
Brian Lichterman founded Vision Planning & Design in 2005 after 22 years with Sarasota County’s Planning & Development Services. During his public service, he led over 30 Critical Area Plans, including corridor studies and revitalization efforts in Osprey, Nokomis, and Englewood. Brian also played a key role in creating innovative zoning tools like the Arts and Office Overlay District and helped launch the county’s first-ever Tax Increment Financing (TIF) District.
