Brian Lichterman, AICP

Brian Lichterman founded Vision Planning & Design in 2005, after a 22 year tenure with the Sarasota County Planning & Development Services Department. Brian's specialty working for Sarasota County included leading and assisting in over 33 Critical Area Plans including multiple corridor studies, revitalization plans for the communities of Osprey, Nokomis and Englewood. He was also intimately involved in the preparation of new zoning districts including the Arts and Office Overlay District (AOOD) in Englewood and establishing the first ever Tax Incremental Financing (TIF) District.
